I accept payment via PayPal invoice only in USD currency. I require full payment upfront before I start working.

I charge a 5.5% fee on all commission types.

Complex or detailed designs, props and human characters will be charged extra. These extra fees will be discussed before the invoice is sent.

Depending on number of orders, I may take 4 weeks or over 2 months on your commission. I work on one piece at a time, you can freely check my Trello queue on your status.

I do not accept close deadline or rush orders. Please order ahead of time.

Prices are negotiable for the Flats and Rendered styles if you wish to have several characters in a mix of waist up and full body proportions.

I will send progress shots during the sketch, line art and coloring phases. Major revisions only during the sketch phase. Afterwards, only minor revisions like tweaking colors allowed.

Any major revisions (redrawing sections) past the sketch phase will incur additional charges per revision.

Final commission files are sent to your provided email address in .PNG format.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

Please familiarize yourself with my art style before commissioning me.

Not all characters will fit in my style.

I strongly prefer visual references over written descriptions. Please don't provide stock photos, google images, etc. for all your image references.

I am willing to do some light design work (eg.: giving your character casual clothes), but I will not accept commissions of designing an entire character from the ground up.

Your commissioned piece is for personal use ONLY. Commercial use is not allowed.

I will refuse your business if you have intentions to turn the commissioned piece into an NFT, or you plan to associate my work with blockchain or cryptocurrency or feed into a generative AI database.

I may use the commissioned piece to post to my social media, for viewing in my portfolio, etc., but never for profit. Unless the commissioner wishes it remains private.

You are free to upload your commissioned piece to your social media or on public accounts, to be used as icons and such, but I must be credited.

You may ask for refunds before the sketch phase and after 4 weeks have passed since the commission has been paid for. You will receive the full refund if you fit the criteria.

If you wish to cancel past the sketch phase, a refund is still possible, but only a part of it.

Refunds are possible with Binary Paint and Scene styles, but only a half refund (50%) if I've sent a sketch preview. No refund past the sketch preview.
